    A Little About Me...

    Hey, I'm Steve Gronick

    I have been a Transformation Expert for over 16 years. I have been helping people achieve a better version of themselves, physically and mentally, that they have always desired.

    By achieving my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, 3 international health and fitness certifications, and Level 3 Neurokinetic Therapy certification, I have been able to do just that. I have been able to successfully help, inspire, motivate, and educate hundreds of people towards attaining their goals.

    But it wasn't until the last few years that I really started to make WHOLE life-changes in others. I had always been good at the physical and nutritional side of health, but once I moved into my late 30s and 40s I realized the importance of inner health.

    Yes, inner work. Diving into understanding our thoughts and emotions, and how they affect us inside and out.

    It can be scary, especially for men, because of how we are raised in our society. We are taught to ignore and push down our emotions and be tough. When in reality, that breaks us down. Learning about our thoughts and emotions, how to processing them, and use them to our advantage is a strength that we should all harness. 

    When I dove into this work I made the changes in me internally that changed my mood, happiness, and physical health beyond what I imagined it would!
